The College can support and assist an individual making these important decisions, and to the extent legally possible will respect an individual’s autonomy in deciding how to proceed. 在这个过程中, the College will balance the individual’s interest with its obligation to provide a safe and non-discriminatory environment for all members of the College community.

Complainants and third-party witnesses are encour年龄d to report 性骚扰, 性暴力, and intimate partner violence as soon as possible to maximize the College’s ability to respond promptly and effectively.The College does not, however, limit the time frame for reporting. If the Respondent is not a member of the Redwoods community, the College will still seek to meet its 第九条 obligation by taking steps to end the harassment, 预防复发, 并解决其影响, but its ability to take disciplinary action against the Respondent may be limited.
